Final Gravity

Song Featured: “Been Wasted”
Final Gravity is a band of four talented musicians with something on their minds. That something is good old hard rock, forged in the late 60′s with bands like Led Zeppelin with side trips into prog rock in the 70′s with the likes of Yes and Rush.  From short, angular aggressive songs with shifting time signatures to eight-minute-plus epics, from deceptively straightforward-sounding party anthems to introspective ballads, Final Gravity covers territory that can best be described as “album rock.”

Bob Bayless

Song Featured: “Hard Luck”

Bob Bayless’ music is an eclectic mix of influences from rock-n-roll sensibilities through classic film scoring techniques gleaned from ten years working with renowned composer Jerry Goldsmith.  He received a MPSE Golden Reel nomination for Disney’s animated feature film, “Mulan.”  Bob composed a number of film scores, including the award-winning shorts “Misconnect” for Un-Natural Selection director, Aloura Charles, and “The Rib” that he also produced and which screened at the Cannes Film Festival. His music has appeared in diverse projects such as “Looney Tunes: Back in Action” and “Howard Hughes: the Real Aviator.”  For the award-winning, native-American-themed Sundance premiere, “Christmas in the Clouds,” he arranged, performed and recorded a number of Christmas carols, reflecting his own native American roots by adding previously recorded vocals of his late grandfather singing and vintage native dancing bells.
